Founder & Managing Principal
Meet James Carroll
James Carroll is a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs and senior leaders across Australia and internationally. With over a decade of experience leading independent reviews and strategic engagements, James is known for his calm presence, high-trust facilitation and clear, honest insight.
He has delivered more than 100 Board and CEO evaluations across sectors — including government agencies, regulators, infrastructure, water, health and energy.
Before founding the KinSpark Group, James spent ten years with Integrity Governance. Earlier in his career, he was Ireland’s youngest Senator, a not-for-profit founder, and held senior roles in government and strategy. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and accredited Kolbe Strengths facilitator.
